Care Instructions: Before first use, unbox and wash your product with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Always use oven gloves when handling hot cookware. For best results, use Le Creuset Silicone Tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools; if using metal utensils, do so carefully to avoid damaging the cooking surface. Use the appropriately sized hob ring to ensure even cooking, especially on induction hobs. Cook with medium to low heat for optimal results, gradually heating the product for even cooking, and avoid sliding the cookware on glass-topped stoves to prevent damage. For cleaning, wait for your product to cool before washing. Use warm, soapy water to clean and avoid abrasive cleaning agents or harsh pads. Dry thoroughly and store in a dry place. While casserole bodies with built-in cast iron and phenolic handles are dishwasher-safe, frequent dishwashing may dull the enamel finish. Lids with stainless steel and phenolic knobs can also go in the dishwasher, but lids with gold, iridescent, copper, and black nickel knobs should be hand-washed to maintain their finish.
