Sabatier Fully Forged Filet De Sole Knife, 6" (15cm). The 200 year old Veritable Sabatier brand is proud of creating high-quality kitchen tools. Made in France, these well-balanced knives have blades drop forged from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel that is precision ground and hand-honed for a perfect cutting edge. Three solid brass rivets secure the tough, high-density handle firmly to the blade for reliable, superior performance every time. This specialised preparation knife, designed to fillet fish, has a thin, bendable blade and an extremely sharp cutting edge.
Dishwasher safe. Ensure the knife is dried straight after washing to keep its longevity.
