Moët & Chandon  Grande Vintage Champagne 2015, 75cl

Grand Vintage 2015 – the maison's 76th vintage – is the result of an uncertain year marked by a period of dramatic heat, with the hottest temperatures the region has seen since 1961. After six years in the cellar, this champagne has remarkable finesse.  

TASTING NOTES: GENEROUS, AMPLE AND SUPPLE

AROMA

Initial notes of breadcrumbs, fresh brioche and almond paste give way to elderflower and jasmine, then to white peach and watermelon, finishing with notes of garrigue at dawn.

TASTE

A direct and enveloping palate with floral, aniseed and mentholated nuances bringing lightness and freshness. The finish lingers on a delicate bitterness evoking fresh almonds. Service temperature - 10-12°C

Alcohol by volume - 12.5 % Vol.

Storage advice -  Store horizontally in a cool (8-10°C), dark place away from vibrations
